All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or comparable shipping option unless otherwise noted. In an effort to offer a broader selection of products, and to deliver ordered items to our customers at the lowest cost and in the quickest possible turnaround time, some items may be shipped directly from our manufacturers and artisans. USPS shipping may also be available for some items as discussed with customers on an individual basis.

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take longer to process, including personalized items. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any out-of-stock items at the time of order and given the option of a refund.

Our software calculates express shipping (3 Day Select and Next Day Air) options automatically by the weight and dimensions of products ordered, as well as the delivery destination. We are constantly working to make our shipping calculator as accurate as possible, but errors are possible. *We pride ourselves on not making a profit off of shipping. If the amount you pay for shipping largely differs from the amount it costs to actually ship the order, you will receive a refund for the difference.*

Simply Southern Wedding Boutique currently ships within the contiguous United States only. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Some exceptions may be made on an individual basis, depending on the order size and products selected. Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned at your own expense unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. and it has been discussed). Personalized items are non-refundable, unless said items are damaged or incorrect by our error.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 8 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
